Anonymous, two minutes

Am I addicted to cannabis? Take the 2-minute check.

What the scores mean

0 to 7: Your score suggests lower-risk cannabis use. Your answers suggest your cannabis use is in the lower-risk range. One honest note: a screen is a snapshot, not a verdict. If your use still worries you, or someone you love has said something, that feeling is worth listening to regardless of a score.

8 to 11: Your score suggests your cannabis use is in the hazardous range. Many people score here, and most do not think of themselves as having a problem. But this is the range where cannabis can quietly start costing sleep, money, motivation and memory. Small changes now make a big difference. Three gentle options: keep an eye on it for a couple of weeks, talk to FRANK or your GP, or sit in on one meeting just to listen.

12 to 32: Your score suggests signs of a cannabis problem. A score in this range is worth a proper look. It does not mean you are an addict, and no one is telling you that. It means your cannabis use is the sort that FRANK, your GP, or Marijuana Anonymous would want to help you with. If you decide to stop, the first week or two can bring some irritability, poor sleep, vivid dreams or low appetite. That is real, it is not dangerous, and it passes. You do not have to do it alone, and meetings are free and you can just listen.

Total score: 0 to 32. The CUDIT-R is a widely used cannabis screening tool. A score is a snapshot, not a diagnosis.
