Yes. All meetings listed here are free to attend. There are no fees, no membership, and no referrals required. Some groups pass a basket for voluntary contributions toward room hire costs, but this is optional.
No. You can come and listen without saying anything. Nobody will call on you or expect you to take part. Most people who are new just sit and take things in.
Yes. Anonymity is a core principle. What is said in the room stays in the room. You can use your first name only, and there is no registration or record-keeping.
