Online meetings
Search AA, NA and other UK recovery meetings by postcode, town, or fellowship, in person or online. No sign-up. No tracking of who you are. Just the door, the time, and how to get there.
If you want a meeting tonight, you can have one. Between the rooms near you and the online meetings running every evening, there is almost always something starting within a few hours, whatever time you are reading this.
You do not need a reason, a referral or a plan. Wanting to be in a meeting tonight is enough.

Open the near me now page. It looks at the time and shows what is starting soon, nearby and online, with the joining details on each listing. If you would rather browse, search from the home page and filter by today and by online or in person.
A meeting is a good place to be on a hard night, and you do not have to wait for one to talk to someone. The fellowship helplines on our support page answer evenings and nights, and Samaritans are on 116 123 around the clock. If you or someone else needs medical help now, call 999.
Nobody expects notice. Walking into a room two minutes before the start, or clicking a Zoom link at 7.59 for an 8pm meeting, is exactly how it is done. You can just listen, and you can leave when you need to.
Very likely, and if not there is an online one tonight for certain. Use the near me now page to see what is starting soon around you and online, with times and joining details.
Yes. Meetings expect newcomers and walk-ins. There is no list to be on and nobody to notify, in person or online.
You are still welcome. The only thing most fellowships ask is a desire to stop, not a clean day behind you. If you need medical help, that comes first: call 111 for advice or 999 in an emergency.
There is another one tomorrow, and online there are meetings through the night. Missing one changes nothing about your welcome at the next.
