Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous · UK
Search AA, NA and other UK recovery meetings by postcode, town, or fellowship, in person or online. No sign-up. No tracking of who you are. Just the door, the time, and how to get there.
Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous holds free, anonymous meetings for people recovering from anorexia, bulimia and related patterns of restricting and purging. You are welcome at any stage, including alongside NHS or private treatment; ABA sits beside professional care, it does not replace it.
ABA in the UK is small: a few in-person meetings, including in London and Brighton, and online meetings you can join from anywhere. The fellowship shares venue details through its own website, so confirm there before travelling.
You do not have to pick one room. Eating Disorders Anonymous welcomes every eating disorder, and Overeaters Anonymous welcomes undereating as well as overeating; many people visit more than one before finding where they identify most. All are free and anonymous.
