Cocaine Anonymous is a free, peer-led fellowship for anyone who wants to stop using cocaine, crack, or other mind-altering substances. Despite the name, CA welcomes people with any drug or drink problem. Meetings run across the UK with no fees, no referrals, and no requirement to have stopped before you come.
A meeting lasts about an hour. A member chairs it, reads a short opening, and people share from their own experience. Nobody will put you on the spot. Most people listen quietly at first, and everything said in the room is confidential.
CA meetings in the UK are held in person, online over Zoom, and as hybrid meetings. Groups vary, so trying a few is the usual way to find one that fits.

Yes. All Cocaine Anonymous (CA) meetings are free to attend. There are no membership fees, no waiting lists, and no referrals required. Some groups pass a basket for voluntary contributions toward room hire costs, but this is entirely optional.
No. You can come and listen without saying anything. Nobody will call on you, and most people find it easier to sit quietly and take things in at first. If you want to say your name you can, but there is no expectation.
No. You do not need to have stopped before your first meeting. Many people attend while still in the middle of the problem. The only requirement is a desire to stop.
The programme references a higher power, which each member defines for themselves. Many members are not religious, and atheists and agnostics are common in the rooms. The spiritual aspect is about seeking help outside of yourself, not about any particular religion.
