Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous is a free, peer-led fellowship for people with compulsive patterns around sex, romantic obsession, or relationships. Meetings are confidential, run across the UK, and ask no fee and no referral. Anyone who wants to address these patterns is welcome.
A meeting usually lasts about an hour. A member chairs it, reads a short opening, and people share from their own experience. You are never required to speak, and listening is completely fine. Anonymity and confidentiality are taken seriously in the rooms.
SLAA meetings in the UK are held in person, online over Zoom, and as hybrids. Online meetings can be a comfortable place to start. Groups vary, so it can take a few tries to find one that suits you.
