LifeRing Secular Recovery · UK
Search AA, NA and other UK recovery meetings by postcode, town, or fellowship, in person or online. No sign-up. No tracking of who you are. Just the door, the time, and how to get there.
LifeRing Secular Recovery holds free, anonymous meetings with no steps, no sponsors and no religious content. Meetings are conversational: people talk about their week, respond to each other, and help each other strengthen what LifeRing calls the sober self.
The meetings you can join from the UK run online through the week. Each meeting's own page carries the joining details, and the classic opening question is simply: how was your week?
LifeRing is abstinence-based and open to anyone who wants to stop drinking or using. There is no required programme; each member builds a personal recovery plan from what works, and attending LifeRing alongside a twelve-step fellowship is common.
