Gam-Anon holds free, anonymous meetings across the UK and Ireland for the family and friends of compulsive gamblers. It is for you, not the person gambling, and anyone affected by someone else's gambling is welcome.
Gam-Anon is the companion fellowship to Gamblers Anonymous, and the two often meet on the same evening in separate rooms. Members help each other find acceptance, set boundaries, and rebuild their own lives. Whatever is said in the room stays in the room.
Gam-Anon meetings run in person and online. There are no fees and no referrals.
