About KA

Ketamine Anonymous is a free, anonymous fellowship for anyone who wants to stop using ketamine. It is one of the newest twelve-step fellowships, started by people in recovery from ketamine addiction, and its UK meetings run in person and online. There are no fees, no referrals, and no requirement to have stopped before you come.

A meeting usually lasts about an hour. Someone chairs it, reads a short opening, and members share from their own experience of using and recovery. You will not be called on or made to speak, and most people just listen at first. What is said in the room stays in the room.

Because KA is young, its list of rooms is shorter than the older fellowships'. The online meeting is open to everyone in the UK, some Cocaine Anonymous groups run ketamine-focused meetings, and Narcotics Anonymous welcomes any drug. More than one door works.
